Training: We provide a wide range of training programmes in accordance with legislation and regulation requirements. We also provide bespoke training in the areas of Management and Leadership; Governance; Project Management; Information Technology; Health and Safety and Quality.

Recruitment: We are an employment solutions partner, sourcing and recruiting candidates for permanent and temporary contracts. We pride ourselves for our innovative approach to sourcing the best candidates.

Consultancy: We provide a range of flexible tailor made solutions, including Human Resources, Policy, Organisational Development and Strategic Vision. We will assist organisations in become the best in their field.

One of our Staff Profiles:

Sinead Fursden – Senior Management Consultant: A qualified Social Worker, with a range of voluntary and statutory sector experiences spanning Disability, Autism, Mental Health and Acquired Brain Injury; and working with both Children and Adults. 

In addition to this, Sinead has leadership and management experiences within a range of care settings, namely, residential, supported living and adult day service.

Sinead has a special interest in training and continuous professional development.

To exercise a healthy work life balance, Sinead, in her spare time, enjoys art as a form of therapy, walking her dogs and spending time working out at the gym.

Clive Jones – Senior Management Consultant: Has more than fifteen years of senior management experience, holding positions as Operations Director and recently as Managing Director with responsibility for business growth and client relationships experience, which he now draws upon in his current role.

Away from the office, Clive is a keen golfer and supporter of the Ulster Rugby team, as well playing a spot of guitar.
